An education Doctoral Program for Urban Leadership in Special Education
The National Urban Special Education Leadership Initiative (NUSELI) held their first National Urban Special Education Leadership Initiative Symposium on September 25-26, 2015 to Celebrating a Decade of Urban Special Education Leadership Preparation. This event was a great opportunity for our community to learn about the dissertation research produced by the NUSELI Program scholars as well as hear some phenomenal national speakers discuss the needs of urban special education. Attendees learned how our scholar's research has made an impact on the lives of individuals with disabilities and their families in public schools throughout the state of Florida.
